We do not offer returns or exchanges on any order. All sales are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Please inspect your order within 7 days upon receipt of delivery to ensure your order is correct and not defective or damaged. In the event that your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@youreverydayplanner.com with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item(s), if applicable. Any issues are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept order or product cancellations until an order is fulfilled. Once it is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel your order.
Our stickers are printed and cut with the utmost love and care in our home studio. Therefore, they may carry slight imperfections that are purely cosmetic but will not affect the sticker's intended function or purpose. These imperfections are not to be deemed as a defect or damage but more of a testament to their unique and handmade nature.
