U.S. SHIPPING

  • Free shipping for U.S. orders of $30 + up! No code is needed.
  • Once your order is placed, it will take 7-14 business days (excluding weekends & U.S. holidays) to process and ship out. Processing times are based on demand i.e. a high volume of orders during new releases or sales may result in an extended processing time. Current timeframes will always be updated in the announcement bar.
  • We ship packages using the First-Class Package service. For faster shipping, we also offer Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express. Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance.
  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct as we are unable to alter it once it is fulfilled.
  • Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees necessary to resend packages if incorrect shipping information is given at the time of purchase and once the order is fulfilled.

    • Some countries are not accepting packages due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please check if your country is affected prior to placing your order.**
    • We have temporarily suspended shipping to the United Kingdom until further notice. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and hope to resume shipping worldwide soon. 
    • Once your order is placed, it will take 7-14 business days (excluding weekends & U.S. holidays) to process and ship out.     • In order to offer the best shipping rate, we ship international packages via the USPS First-Class Package International service. There is a flat rate for orders shipping to Canada and may adjust or be terminated without notice in the future.
    • Packages will take anywhere from 7-21 business days to be delivered, however, there is a possibility of delays due to customs checks and the COVID-19 pandemic. In the event of a delay, please contact your customs office to seek further information regarding your package.
    • Buyer is responsible for all customs, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Please check the rates for fees and taxes with your local customs office.

    Additional shipping information:

    • Your Everyday Planner is not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or delays of your order.
    • Please allow at least 72 hours for tracking information to display. There is a possibility that the tracking information won't show up in the system until it is delivered. This occurrence is dependent on the carrier and beyond our control.
