Order Processing

Orders take 5-15 business days to process (receive, pick, and pack). Once your order is finished processing, it will be sent out within 48 hours. Orders received after 6 p.m. PST will be processed the next working day. These timeframes exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays. You can expect an email to let you know your order has been fulfilled and is ready to be shipped out!

Please note that processing times are based on demand e.g. a high volume of orders during a new release or sale may result in an extended processing time. We know how exciting it is to receive happy mail and we try our very best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Your patience and understanding are truly appreciated!

International Shipping + Estimates

  • We offer international shipping to countries currently accepting packages via USPS. Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak and other service disruptions, USPS has suspended delivering to certain destinations. You can view the current suspensions via this link.
  • At this time, we do not ship to any countries in the EU (European Union). We truly apologize for this inconvenience and we hope to resume shipping worldwide soon.
  • International packages generally take 7-21 days to be delivered once they are shipped out, however, there are possibilities of delays due to customs checks and the COVID-19 outbreak. In the event of a delay, please contact your customs office for further information regarding your package as we are no longer in control of it or its whereabouts once it is scanned and accepted by USPS.
  • Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated by weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout. Rates are produced by USPS and are out of our control.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including but not limited to VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and not the responsibility of Your Everyday Planner if they are applied.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Your Everyday Planner has no control over packages and their whereabouts once they are scanned and accepted by USPS.
  • Please allow up to 4 days for updated tracking information to display once you receive a fulfillment email confirmation due to packages not being scanned immediately upon drop off.
  • There is a possibility that your tracking information will not update until it is delivered. This occurrence is dependent on the carrier and beyond our control.
  • Your Everyday Planner is not responsible for any external damage, loss, theft, or delays of your order.
